Tuesday Tune

I love seeing people from American Idol actually succeed (Ruben Studdard? Where are you?) and Phillip Phillips is doing great! I love his song, "Home," and especially have loved hearing it all over the Olympics!

So happy for him!

Tuesday Tune

I'm not ashamed to admit I am a fan of Jason Mraz and the hubs and I played this song on repeat for the THREE road trips we went on in the last week.

That's a lot of car time. Whew.

Anyways, enjoy "I Won't Give Up" by Jason Mraz!

I'm so glad to be sitting still right now and not in a car,

A Tuesday Tune

We are loving a DFW band, Green River Ordinance, lately.

Enjoy "Dancing Shoes"!

Happy Tuesday!

Now Playing

I have to share the new-to-me artist that I can't stop listening to! His name is Jadon Lavik and he has the most beautiful voice and renditions of old hymns and some new, original songs.

I have the album Roots Run Deep and, although I love every song, the version of Come Thou Fount is addicting. If you've driven by  me on my way to work the past few weeks and wondered what I was belting out, this is it.

Click here to listen to the album (and his other albums, as well) and you can buy them on iTunes!

Hope you enjoy!

Any other good music suggestions to keep me singing on my drive?

I may or may not be singing this right now,
Laura
